Graduate Mentorship Programme

Annually, STRATO recruits a number of university graduates for the STRATO Graduate Mentorship Programme. Registered with MICT SETA, this year-long programme consists of modules that take the graduates through a number of soft and technical skills courses. During the programme, the graduates are allocated to senior consultants for valuable mentorship to take place. Graduates are placed at our various customers depending on the customer requirements as well as the graduates chosen area of interest and skills base. This programme is geared to foster meaningful long term relationships between company and employee.

Interested university students (3rd year or honours), preferably studying in the BCom Information Systems, BCom Analytics or BSc Information Systems disciplines, are welcome to make contact with STRATO to enquire about this programme.
