Our History

January 1999 - 26 members of the PFG internal IT department under leadership of Cassie Lessing establishes Gateway Technologies (Pty) Ltd. The team consisted of 19 Business Systems and 7 Network/Desktop resources. Between 1996 and 1998 these resources were instrumental in the implementation of SAP at PFG Building Glass. Gateway secured a 5 year outsource contract with PFG to support the SAP and Network environments

April 1999 - Gateway teams up with other ERP entities to establish ERP.com Holdings Ltd. ERP.com focuses on the provision of Consulting Services to customers considering ERP solutions or who have already implemented an ERP solution. Gateway specialises in SAP

September 1999 - ERP.com lists on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange under the venture capital section.

February 2000 - Gateway is rebranded as iServe. iServe gets accredited as SAP National Services Partner

September 2000 - iServe accredited as SAP Application Hosting Partner (ASP)

May 2004 - iServe accredited as SAP Value Added Reseller for SAP All-in-One

March 2005 - iServe accredited as SAP Value Added Reseller for SAP Business One

December 2006 - iServe performs a Management Buy-Out (MBO) from ERP.com. Gateway Technologies (Pty) Ltd is acquired from ERP.com and trades as iServe.

January 2013 - Gateway Technologies (Pty) Ltd trading as iServe rebranded to STRATO IT Group (Pty) Ltd

August 2013 - Strato became a Certified Solution Provider for Maximizer CRM Software.
